Friends involved in Dog Outreach (F.I.D.O.) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, founded in June 2004 by the citizens and business people of Clackamas County, Oregon, who wanted to help ensure a bright future for all dogs in the county by operating the Dog Food Bank and AniMeals as well as supporting the work of Clackamas County Dog Services..
Currently we hand out 4,000 to 5,000 Lbs of dry dog food every month. Your Help Is Always Needed, Every Bag Helps.
Please Help By Donating Today. You can take your donations to any of our ‘Drop-Off-Locations’ and of course you are always welcome to donate directly through out PayPal account.
In March of 2005 we added our AniMeals program.

Thankful Paws is a new local non profit organization that provides pet food and supplies to people in need, particularly those with disabilities and our veterans with service dogs. We know times are tough, and we want to keep people and their pets together – stopping animal abandonments.

Paws and Effect
Thankful Paws also distributes bags of food locally.

Housed in filthy, overcrowded, wire-bottom cages, their coats so over-grown and matted they couldnt see or walk, more than 90 Yorkshire terriers lived their entire lives with little social interaction and no veterinary care. They needed help. Friday the 13th turned out to be their lucky day! The Humane Society of Missouri Animal Cruelty Taskforce drove more than 500 miles and spent more than 19 hours rescuing these pitiful dogs from a substandard puppy mill in Greene County. Friday, Feb. 13, 2009-When they arrived in St. Louis, our triage team of veterinarians, animals care staff and groomers went to work.
