When dogs at Clackamas County Dog Services  are looking for a new home it’s important for them to be healthy dogs.   When dog arrive at CCDS for adoption,  they receive vaccines, medical care,  and a good tooth cleaning.

Currently teeth cleaning is being done manually, scraping the dogs teeth.  This is a time consuming process.

FIDO  is working  towards purchasing a Sonic  Tooth Scaler for CCDS.  A Sonic  Tooth Scaler does a better job of cleaning a dogs teeth,  and  is much faster.  Allowing for additional Veterinary time  to care for other dogs.
