We have never called ourselves a "no kill" shelter. We are transparent, and consistently state that we do euthanize animals that are deemed to be "unhealthy and untreatable". Many people incorrectly use the term "no kill" to describe us, because we do not have a time limit on an animal available for adoption (they stay on the adoption floor until they find a home as long as they remain healthy).
